No pet toy is indestructible. Normal wear resulting from scratching, biting, chewing, or regular play does not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.

Individual cats may interact differently with Prowly products.
We cannot guarantee that every cat will show the same level of interest, engagement, or play behavior. References to scratching, chasing, playing, stimulation, or enrichment describe the intended design and use of the product and do not guarantee a particular behavioral outcome.
This does not affect your rights if a product is defective or does not conform to the contract.
6. Packaging, Branding and Product Appearance
Product appearance, packaging, labeling, colors, or branding may vary slightly from images displayed on the website due to manufacturing batches, screen settings, photography, or product updates.
Any variations will not materially alter the essential characteristics or intended functionality of the product.

Eligible consumers may have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, subject to applicable law and the conditions described in our Refund & Return Policy.
Where a return is made solely because the customer has changed their mind, the customer may be responsible for the direct return shipping costs where permitted by law and where they were informed of this obligation.

This commercial guarantee is additional to, and does not replace or limit, any statutory consumer rights available under applicable law.
